创新是个人价值的最高实现。苏霍姆林斯基曾说,“人的心灵深处都有一种根深蒂固的需要,这就是希望感到自己是一个发现者、研究者、探索者”。在这个意义上,培养学生的创新精神与创新能力是教育的应有之义。近十年来,一些有远见的教育者已经开始了创新教育的探索。多年过去,这项工作的现状如何?有哪些经验值得总结?有哪些问题需要解决?了解这些,有助于我们更加有针对性地推动创新教育,是为“基础教育与创新人才培养”系列之五。
Innovation is the highest realization of personal value. Sukhomlinski once said: “There is a deep-rooted need in the depths of human beings, and this is the desire to feel like a discoverer, researcher, explorer.” In this sense, cultivating students’ innovative spirit and innovative ability is the proper meaning of education. In the recent decade, some far-sighted educators have started the exploration of innovative education. Over the years, what is the status quo of this work? What experiences should be summed up? What problems need to be solved? Understanding these will help us to promote innovative education in a more targeted way, and it is for “training basic education and innovative talents” Five of the series.
