工程中应用的细直径钢筋进场前均是盘圆形式 ,在使用前需进行调直加工 .针对新近推出的HRB4 0 0 (Ⅲ )级钢筋中的直径为 6 ,8,1 0mm的细直径钢筋 ,对其调直前后的力学性能进行了试验研究 .通过试验结果对比分析 ,得出调直后的HRB4 0 0 (Ⅲ )级细直径钢筋强度 (屈服强度和抗拉强度 )略有降低或基本持平 ;延性方面 ,伸长率δ5略有增加 ,均匀伸长率δgt略有降低 ,但各性能指标仍满足标准规范的规定 ,且有一定的富余 .工程应用时 ,可不考虑调直工艺对HRB4 0 0 (Ⅲ )级细直径钢筋性能的影响 ,同时 ,采用均匀伸长率δgt代替伸长率δ5,并作为钢筋延性性能检验的指标 ,以真正反映钢筋的延性
The small diameter steel bars applied in the project are all in the form of a circle before entering into the market and need to be straightened before use.
