目的:通过观察有针对性的有氧运动课程教学前后肥胖男大学生肺活量和体成分的变化,探讨此课程对肥胖大学生减肥降脂、提高心肺功能的有效性。方法:随机选取大连理工大学BMI≥28的男大学生34人。独立编班,对其进行12周有针对性的有氧运动课程教学,同时对其饮食、作息、课余运动进行辅助指导。比较教学前后学生的肺活量和体成分各指标的变化。结果:通过有氧运动课程教学,使肥胖男大学生的肺活量有显著性提高(P<0.05),肺活量指数有非常显著性提高(P<0.01);体重、去脂体重、BMI、体脂肪量、体脂率、躯干及四肢脂肪率均有非常显著性的下降(P<0.01)。结论:有针对性的有氧运动课程教学与饮食、作息、课余运动的辅助指导对肥胖男大学生减肥降脂、提高心肺功能具有明显效果,值得在普通高校中推广。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of vital capacity and body composition of obese male college students before and after the teaching of aerobic exercise course, and to explore the effectiveness of this course on obesity college students to lose weight and improve cardiorespiratory function. Methods: 34 randomly chosen male college students with BMI≥28 from Dalian University of Technology. Independent classes, their 12 weeks of targeted aerobics classes teaching, at the same time on their diet, rest, exercise after class guidance. The changes of vital capacity and body composition of students before and after teaching were compared. Results: Through the aerobics teaching, the lung capacity of obese male college students increased significantly (P <0.05) and the vital capacity index increased significantly (P <0.01). The body weight, lean body mass, BMI, body fat mass, Body fat rate, trunk and limb fat rates were significantly decreased (P <0.01). Conclusion: Targeted aerobic exercise teaching and diet, rest, after-class exercises auxiliary guidance on obesity male college students to lose weight, improve heart and lung function has a significant effect, it is worth promoting in colleges and universities.
