采用琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)组织化学方法,观察大白鼠肾脏在缺血前、缺血60分钟时及缺血6o分钟再灌注30分钟时肾脏的形态学变化及肾小管酶活性的改变。发现缺血时SDH活性降低,再灌注后SDH活性进一步降低。表明肾脏缺血再灌注损伤重于单纯缺血性损伤。
The morphological changes of kidney and the changes of renal tubule enzyme activity were observed in the kidneys of rats after 60 min of ischemia, 60 min of ischemia and 30 min of reperfusion after 60 min of ischemia by the histochemical method of succinate dehydrogenase (SDH). SDH activity was found to be decreased during ischemia, and SDH activity was further reduced after reperfusion. Renal ischemia-reperfusion injury is more serious than ischemic injury.
