目的采用meta分析的方法探讨pfcrt K76T与恶性疟氯喹抗性相关性。方法检索主要的医学数据库,按一定的入选和排除标准筛选相关文献,共纳入11项研究结果,采用RevMan 5对pfcrt K76T与恶性疟原虫氯喹抗性的关系进行meta分析。结果 pfcrt K76T与恶性疟氯喹抗性具有明显相关性,有统计学意义(OR=6.60,95%CI=3.46~12.59,Z=5.73,P<0.00001)。结论 pfcrt K76T与恶性疟氯喹抗性具有明显相关性,应进一步研究,为抗疟疫苗、抗疟药物的研究和分子诊断提供科学依据。
Objective To investigate the relationship between pfcrt K76T and falciparum chloroquine resistance by meta-analysis. Methods The major medical databases were searched and the relevant literature was screened according to certain inclusion and exclusion criteria. A total of 11 studies were included and the relationship between pfcrt K76T and chloroquine resistance of Plasmodium falciparum was analyzed by using RevMan 5. Results There was a significant correlation between pfcrt K76T and chloroquine resistance in cirrhosis (OR = 6.60, 95% CI = 3.46-12.59, Z = 5.73, P <0.00001). Conclusion The pfcrt K76T has a significant correlation with the resistance of Plasmodium falciparum to chloroquine. Further study should be conducted to provide a scientific basis for the research and molecular diagnosis of antimalarial vaccine and antimalarial drugs.
