我国槽系组合夹具是采用乌斯贝(苏)型,中小型已生产,大型的在研制之中。组合夹具的研究有:组装工艺的研究;本身结构设计和使用性能方面的研究(本文指后者)。(1)T形螺栓与槽架的强度。槽系组合夹具的基本连接形式是T形螺栓和T形槽,通常螺栓的强度是足够的;其薄弱环节是基础板和支承件或其他元件上T形槽架的强度。对大、中、小型组合夹具的T形槽都可应用光弹试验法分析应力,文中以附图示出T形槽的应力分布。
China’s groove system combination fixture is Ust-type (Su), small and medium-sized have been produced, large in development. Research on the combination of fixtures: assembly process research; its own structural design and performance studies (the latter refers to the latter). (1) T-bolt and groove rack strength. The trough bolts and T-slots are the basic connections for trough assembly fixtures. Usually the strength of the bolts is sufficient; the weakest link is the strength of the T-shaped trough rack on the base plate and support or other components. For large, medium and small combined fixture T-slot can be applied to the test method of photoelastic stress analysis, the text shows the T-slot stress distribution in the drawings.
