幼女阴道出血常由于性早熟或生殖系统肿瘤等因素所致。本文报道我院自1980年6月至1990年8月,收治的10名水蛭咬伤致幼女阴道出血病例。 1 临床资料:在10例患儿中,7～9岁及12～13岁各5例,无阴道流血和外伤史。病情发生在夏季,均有在乡村池塘游泳时被水蛭咬伤史。查体:4例T37.6～38.1℃,余体温均正常,8例P100～110次/分,另2例P88～100次/分;2例Bp12/6.67kPa,2例12/8kPa,4例13.3/8kPa,2例14.67/9.33kPa,8例阴道伴有新鲜活动性出血,2例流血呈暗褐色。4例Hb80～90g/L,4例90～100g/L,2例100～120g/L。
