研究了纯Ce 和含15% Ce( 质量分数,下同)的FeCe 合金在600 ~800 ℃低氧分压下的氧化.纯Ce 氧化后形成CeO2 的外氧化膜.而Fe15Ce 则产生快速Ce 的内氧化, 且内氧化区的显微组织保持了原始合金的显微组织,在内氧化区的前沿没有观察到Ce 的贫化.
The oxidation of pure Ce and Fe-Ce alloy containing 15% Ce (mass fraction, the same below) was studied under the low oxygen partial pressure of 600-800 ℃. The pure Ce is oxidized to form the outer oxide film of CeO2. Fe-15Ce, however, resulted in rapid internal oxidation of Ce, and the microstructure of the internal oxidation zone retained the microstructure of the original alloy. No depletion of Ce was observed at the front of the internal oxidation zone.
