指出了两类疲劳应力统计分布影响因素。横向统计分布因素和纵向统计分布影响因素，在不同应力统计分布影响因素作用下须采用不同的可靠度计算模型，提出了同时存在疲劳应力的两类统计分布影响因素时的可靠度计算模型：Ｍｉｎｅｒ定理－干涉模型综合法。使用该法计算了某构件在复杂载荷作用下的疲劳可靠度。
