研究了在表面活性剂氯代十六烷基吡啶存在的条件下,铅与二甲酚橙的显色反应。在pH值5.4的六次甲基四胺缓冲溶液中,铅与二甲酚橙和氯代十六烷基吡啶反应生成络合物的表观摩尔吸光系数为1.93×105L/(mol·cm)。试验结果表明:加入表面活性剂CPC后显色反应的灵敏度显著提高。铅含量在2~12μg/25mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r2为0.9991,回收率在92.00%~108.60%之间。该方法简便、灵敏,适用于食品中微量铅含量的测定。
The color reaction of lead with xylenol orange was studied in the presence of the surfactant chlorohexadecylpyridine. The apparent molar absorptivity of the complexes formed by the reaction of lead with xylenol orange and cetylpyridinium chloride at pH 5.4 in hexamethylenetetramine buffer solution was 1.93 × 105 L / (mol · cm) . The experimental results show that the sensitivities of the chromogenic reaction after the addition of CPC are significantly increased. The linearity of lead content in the range of 2 ~ 12μg / 25mL was good, the correlation coefficient r2 was 0.9991, and the recoveries ranged from 92.00% to 108.60%. The method is simple and sensitive, suitable for the determination of trace lead in food.
