结合首钢京唐冷轧厂热镀锌线气刀的特点,运用Fluent软件对气刀吹锌过程气体流动情况进行数值模拟研究,对气体压力、射程、刀唇开口度以及气刀倾角等工艺参数对锌层厚度的影响规律进行分析,并将数值模拟的各个影响因素对带钢表面所受气压规律回归成数学模型,便于对各影响因素进行定量分析,为现场工艺生产进行锌层厚度精确控制提供理论依据。
Combining with the characteristics of hot dip galvanized line air knife of Shougang Jingtang cold rolling mill, the numerical simulation of gas flow in air knife zinc blowing was carried out by using Fluent software.
