中国生命伦理学在问题域上呈现日益明晰的还原路径:由“历史还原”展现其文化路向;由“逻辑还原”凸显其原则进路;由“实践还原”揭示其难题取向。从该视角审查中国生命伦理学的研究范式不可避免地遇到从“一般性话语”到“具体项目”之间的断裂。由此两翼出发,中国生命伦理学亟须进行三种认知旨趣的问题域还原:“一般性话语”之旨趣,在于辨识中国生命伦理学的文化路向与原则进路;“具体项目”治理之旨趣,在于诉诸中国生命伦理学的实践智慧;“具体项目”与“一般性话语”之关联的旨趣,在于展现生命伦理学的“伦理分层”路线。这些认知旨趣唯有落实于中国生命伦理学的语境勘测与国情应对,才能进入中国生命伦理学之“问题域”。
China’s bioethics presents an increasingly clear path to recovery in the problem domain: its cultural direction is demonstrated by “historical restoration”; its path of principle is highlighted by “logical reduction”; its problems are revealed by “practical reduction” orientation. From this perspective, it is unavoidable to examine the research paradigm of Chinese bioethics from the “general discourse” to the “specific project”. Starting from these two wings, it is urgent for Chinese bioethics to carry out the restoration of the problem domain of three kinds of cognitive interests: The purpose of “general discourse” lies in recognizing the cultural orientation and principles of Chinese bioethics; “The specific project The purpose of governance lies in resorting to the practical wisdom of bioethics in China. The intent of the relationship between ”specific projects“ and ”general discourse“ lies in the ”Ethical Stratification“ line of bioethics . Only when these cognitive interests are implemented in the context of Chinese bioethics and national conditions can we enter the ”problem domain" of Chinese bioethics.
