目的:对层级护理管理模式在急诊护理中的实施效果进行总结,以便更好的开展急诊科护理管理工作。方法:选取2015年1~8月医院急诊科的患者108例为对照组,选取2016年1~8月医院急诊科的患者124例为观察组。对照组采用传统护理模式,观察组患者采用层级护理管理进行护理,调查患者对医院护理工作的满意度和护理不良事件发生率。结果:实施层级护理管理以后,急诊科患者满意人数明显增多,不满意的人数显著降低,而且观察组患者不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:层级护理在医院急诊科护理工作中,应用效果显著。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the implementation effect of the hierarchical nursing management model in emergency nursing in order to better carry out the emergency department nursing management. Methods: A total of 108 patients in the hospital emergency department from January to August of 2015 were selected as the control group. 124 patients in the hospital emergency department from January to August of 2016 were selected as the observation group. The control group adopted the traditional nursing model, the observation group patients were treated with the level nursing management, the patients’ satisfaction with the hospital nursing work and the incidence of nursing adverse events were investigated. Results: After the level nursing management, the number of satisfied patients in emergency department increased significantly, the number of unsatisfied patients decreased significantly, and the incidence of adverse events in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The level of nursing care in the hospital emergency department, the application of significant results.
