我厂在研制175F—2型立式高速风冷柴油机过程中,曾对几种不同结构形式的气缸套进行装机热负荷对比试验,试验结果表明:高速风冷柴油机的气缸套,采用内套为硼铸铁,外套为铝合金的双金属结构,是防止活塞咬缸较合理的方案。一、单金属硼铸铁缸套和双金属缸套对比试验情况175F—2型高速风冷柴油机,其标定工况为6PS/3000rpm。在试制阶段,对单金属缸套与双金属缸套进行了热负荷适应性试验。其试验结果见表1。
In the course of developing 175F-2 vertical high-speed air-cooled diesel engine, our factory has carried out contrast test on thermal load of installed cylinder liner of several different forms. The test results show that the cylinder liner of high-speed air-cooled diesel engine adopts inner sleeve as Boron cast iron, bimetallic aluminum alloy jacket structure is to prevent the piston bite than a more reasonable program. First, the single metal boron cast iron cylinder liner and bimetallic cylinder contrast test case 175F-2 high-speed air-cooled diesel engine, the calibration conditions 6PS / 3000rpm. In the trial stage, single-metal cylinder liner and bimetal cylinder liner thermal load adaptability test. The test results in Table 1.
