以硬脂酸锌(ZnSt)改性的偶氮二甲酰胺/NaHCO_3(AC-SA)复合型发泡剂、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)膜片边角料为主要原料,采用熔融共混及模压发泡法制备PVB发泡材料,采取6因素、5水平的正交试验方案L_(25)(5~6),重点考察AC-SA、过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)、纳米SiO_2、丁腈橡胶(NBR)及滑石粉的用量对PVB发泡材料性能的影响。
