The seminar on the standardization work of the Power Industry Bureau of Heilongjiang Province was held at Harbin Power University from January 30, 1996 to February 2. The leaders of the provincial bureaus, the standardization managers of the provincial bureau’s direct affiliates, and the leaders of the China Electric Power Standardization Department, the Northeast Electric Power Management Bureau, the Jilin Electric Power Bureau, and the Heilongjiang Provincial Technical Supervision Bureau attended the conference. The meeting was chaired by Liu Zhenjiang, deputy director of the Department of Science and Technology of the Heilongjiang Provincial Electric Power Bureau, and conveyed the main spirit of the speech made by Vice Minister Lu Yanchang at the Joint Conference on Standardization of Electricity in March 1995.
