近年来为解决在油气钻探过程中钻遇泥页岩地层时,泥页岩的水化膨胀导致井壁失稳等问题,开发了一种新型低分子有机胺抑制剂,具有强抑制性和低毒的特点,并以此为基础形成了有机胺钻井液体系;该体系具有抑制性能同油基钻井液相当,同时兼顾了低成本和环保的特点。本文综述了胺基抑制剂发展现状,阐述了有机胺抑制剂作用机理,介绍了该类抑制剂的研究进展。
In recent years, in order to solve the problems of instability of wellbore and other issues caused by the hydration expansion of shale when drilling shale formations during oil and gas drilling, a novel low molecular weight organic amine inhibitor has been developed with strong inhibition and low Toxic and based on which the organic amine drilling fluid system has been formed; this system has the same inhibition performance as the oil-based drilling fluid while taking into account the low cost and environmental protection characteristics. This review summarizes the development of amine inhibitors, expounds the mechanism of action of organic amine inhibitors, and introduces the research progress of these inhibitors.
