采用计划化的间歇腐蚀试验方法(分段试验法)研究了纯铁在0.15mol/LNaCl溶液,Ringer’s溶液,PBS(-)溶液,SBF溶液以及M199培养基中,浸泡不同时间材料腐蚀性能。结果表明,不同模拟体液对铁的侵蚀性是不同的,侵蚀性由强到弱的顺序为0.15mol/LNaCl(Ringer’s)>PBS(-)>SBF>M199培养基,SEM及EDX分析显示在模拟体液中添加HPO42-、H2PO4-、Ca2+、Mg2+、SO42-以及氨基酸等有机成分起到了一定的缓蚀作用。
The corrosion behavior of pure iron in 0.15mol / L NaCl solution, Ringer’s solution, PBS (-) solution, SBF solution and M199 medium was studied by using a planned intermittent corrosion test (segmented test). The results showed that the erosivity of different simulated body fluids to iron was different, and the order of erosion from strong to weak was 0.15mol / LNaCl (Ringer’s)> PBS (-)> SBF> M199 medium. SEM and EDX analysis showed that in simulated Body fluid added HPO42-, H2PO4-, Ca2 +, Mg2 +, SO42- and amino acids and other organic ingredients play a role in corrosion inhibition.
