用来对现有海上平台进行再鉴定的评估、检验、维护（简称AIM）方法的提出，需要定义准则以评价该方法的充分性和可靠性。本文提出一个判断现有海上平台可用性以及相应的AIM方法。
The proposed assessment, inspection and maintenance (AIM) methodology for the re-qualification of existing offshore platforms requires the definition of guidelines to evaluate the adequacy and reliability of the method. This article presents a method for judging the availability of existing offshore platforms and the corresponding AIM.
