今年新春伊始,日本四季剧团创作演出了大型音乐剧《李香兰》,元月6日于东京青山剧场举行首场公演。日本外务大臣中山太郎,众议院议长樱内义雄,前首相中曾根、竹下登等日本政界要人,出席观看了首场演出。中国驻日本大使杨振亚夫妇,也应邀观看了演出。该剧以红极一时的歌星李香兰的生平遭遇为贯穿线索,展现了从二十年代到四十年代日本战败这段时期的历史画卷。以音乐剧的形式表现如此重大的历史事件,揭露日本军阀的战争阴谋和侵略罪行,在日本尚是首次。中日两国人民都是战争的受害者。剧中,日本军队枪杀我国平民的“平顶山大屠杀”事件,以及抗日学生投笔从戎参加游击队等场景,
