电子政务是信息技术与政府管理变革相结合的产物,是推动政府管理创新的重要手段。目前,我国电子政务建设在整合信息资源、缩小数字鸿沟、强化绩效评估方面还存在着诸多“瓶颈”,本文通过对上述问题的反思,提出了加快管理体制改革,建设呼叫中心,发展非政府组织,规范评估体系等改进措施。
E-government is a product of the combination of information technology and government management reform, an important means to promote innovation in government management. At present, there are still many “bottlenecks” in the integration of information resources, narrowing the digital divide and strengthening the performance evaluation in our country’s e-government construction. Through the reflection on the above issues, this paper puts forward the measures to speed up the reform of the management system, build the call center and develop the non-governmental organizations , Normative evaluation system and other improvement measures.
