落叶橙采用嫁接建立无性系种子园,能提早开花结实,并提高种子质量和产量,近年来,我们在建立落叶松种子园时,曾采用过髓心形成层贴接、双形成层贴接以及套接等方法。虽然嫁接成活率都比较高,但由于嫁接所要求的穗条比较长(10厘米左右),接穗供不应求,因而影响着建园速度。为了提高优树穗条的利用率,我们于1979年在雁北地区薛家庄林场,进行了芽接试验。当年成活率达83%,抽梢率85%,新梢长10.8厘米,收到了较好的效果。

In order to improve the utilization rate of excellent tree spikes, we conducted a budding test in 1979 in Xuejiazhuang Forest Farm, Yanbei District. In the same year, the survival rate was 83%, the rate of shoot-tip 85%, the length of shoot 10.8 cm, and received good results.
