目的 探讨 5 氟脲嘧啶 ( 5 Fu)对恶性肿瘤患者血一氧化氮 (NO )水平的影响。方法 测定 5 2例恶性肿瘤患者 5 Fu化疗前后血中一氧化氮合成酶 (NOS)和NO的水平 ,并进行统计学分析。结果 肿瘤患者的NOS、NO水平明显高于健康人 (P <0 .0 1) ,而未手术切除者又明显高于手术切除者 (P <0 .0 5和P <0 .0 1) ;5 Fu化疗后NOS、NO水平明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,与健康人无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;5 Fu不同剂量组相比 ,5 Fu抑制NO生成的强度无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;不同的联合用药组相比较 ,无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 NO与肿瘤的发生、发展有密切关系 ,检测NOS、NO的水平 ,可作为肿瘤诊断以及判断病情变化和预后的指标之一 ;5 Fu可抑制NOS的活性 ,减少NO生成 ,其抑制NO生成的强度与 5 Fu剂量的大小、是否联合用药无关。
Objective To investigate the effect of 5-fluorouracil (5 Fu) on the level of blood nitric oxide (NO) in patients with malignant tumor. Methods The levels of nitric oxide synthase (NO) and nitric oxide (NO) in blood of 5 2 patients with malignant tumor before and after 5 Fu chemotherapy were determined and statistically analyzed. Results The levels of NOS and NO in tumor patients were significantly higher than those in healthy subjects (P <0.01), but not in those with surgical resection (P <0.05 and P <0.01). After 5 Fu chemotherapy, the levels of NOS and NO were significantly decreased (P <0.01), but not significantly different from those in healthy volunteers (P> 0.05) There was no significant difference (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between different combination groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions NO is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumor. Detecting the levels of NOS and NO can be used as an indicator of tumor diagnosis and prognosis. 5 Fu can inhibit the activity of NOS, reduce the production of NO and inhibit the production of NO Intensity and 5 Fu dose size, whether the combination of drugs has nothing to do.
