采用METSIM软件对亚熔盐法钒渣钒铬共提高效清洁生产工艺进行了物料衡算和能量衡算,得到5股出口物流的基本物流信息,包括所含物质及其各自质量流量,其中,钒主要存在于钒酸钾晶体中,质量流量为298.4t/a,铬主要存在于铬酸钾晶体中,质量流量为64.3t/a.同时针对本工艺能耗偏高、热利用率低的问题,采用夹点技术对其进行了换热网络优化.热交换网络经优化后,可使热公用工程及冷公用工程用量分别减少97.5%和16.9%.
