铝薄带坯铸轧工艺技术的最新开发成果允许铝箔采用更有效和成本合算的方式来生产,把传统的亨特超型铸轧机和新型的超薄坯高速铸轧相比较,概括出在设计和生产率不同之处,叙述了采用薄铝坯铸轧工艺技术生产的某些普通铝箔用合金特性。本文提出了超薄高速铸轧机生产铝箔坯的思路,概要介绍了设备主要组成部分的技术规范,并把基于新思路建成的工厂的加工成本和传统辊式铸轧机的生产成本加以比较。
Recent developments in aluminum strip casting technology have allowed aluminum foil to be produced in a more efficient and cost-effective way. By comparing the conventional Hunter Superstructure casting machine with the new ultra-thin slab high-speed roll casting, And productivity differences, described the use of thin aluminum billet casting technology produced some common aluminum foil alloy characteristics. In this paper, the idea of producing aluminum foil billet by ultra-thin high-speed casting and rolling mill is presented. The technical specifications of the main components of the equipment are briefly introduced. The processing cost of a factory built on the basis of new ideas is compared with the production cost of the traditional roll casting machine.
