以转化CaMV弱株系Bari 1基因Ⅵ的大白菜、菜薹、紫菜薹和花椰菜植株为试材 ,研究了CaMV弱株系Bari 1基因Ⅵ所提供的遗传工程交叉保护及其遗传规律。结果表明 ,在转化CaMV弱株系Bari 1基因Ⅵ的大白菜、菜薹、紫菜薹和花椰菜植株中 ,4 8.0 8%对CaMV强株系CABB BJI具有较强的抗性 ,5 1.92 %表现为敏感。抗性基因 (CaMVBari 1基因Ⅵ )在自交代 (S1)中大多数 (76 % )表现为典型的孟德尔单基因显性遗传 ,部分株系的抗性出现了15∶1,1∶1,1∶3和 1∶95的非孟德尔遗传现象
The Chinese cabbage, Cauliflower, seaweed and cauliflower plants transformed with Bari 1 gene of CaMV weak line Ⅵ were used as materials to study the cross protection and inheritance of genetic engineering provided by Bari 1 gene Ⅵ of CaMV weak line. The results showed that 8.08% of Chinese cabbage, cauliflower, seaweed and cauliflower plants transformed with CaMV weak line Bari 1 were resistant to CaMV strain CABB BJI, with 5 1.92% sensitive. The resistance gene (CaMVBari 1 gene Ⅵ) showed the typical Mendelian monosomic dominant inheritance (76%) in self-generation (S1). The resistance of some lines appeared 15:1, 1: 3 and 1:95 non-Mendelian genetic phenomenon
