起重机在吊装质量较大构件或大型装备时,必须采用多点吊装方式。多点吊装时,各吊点之间若无平衡调节装置,会造成各吊点受力不均衡,可能引发吊装事故。目前常用的多点吊具多为平衡杠杆式或者平衡滑轮式2种,但是这2种吊具的平衡方式单一,不能实现多吊点受力完全平衡。现介绍1种多绳自平衡吊具,其结构简单、形式多样,可实现各吊点钢丝绳受力完全平衡。1.结构及功用多绳自平衡吊具由2组双滑轮平衡装置、2个吊叉、1个平衡梁和2根销轴等组成。其双滑轮平衡装置有直线排列和平行排列2种排列形式,如图1所示。现将其主要结构及功用分述如下。(1)双滑轮平衡装置每个双滑轮平衡装置由2个滑轮、2根滑轮轴、1个双滑轮平衡架和2个挡绳装置等组成。滑轮组可直线排列和平行排列,如图2所示。吊装物体时,每个双滑轮平衡装置可实现2根钢丝绳或4根钢丝绳受力平衡。当需要1根钢丝绳平衡时,钢丝绳绕过第1个滑轮后,穿过双滑轮平衡架上的钢丝绳穿越孔,从第2个滑轮绕出。

Structure and function The multi-rope self-balancing spreader consists of 2 sets of double-pulley balancing device, 2 lifting fork, 1 balance beam and 2 pin shafts. Its double-pulley balance device has a straight line and parallel arrangement of two kinds of arrangement, shown in Figure 1. Now its main structure and function are as follows. (1) Double-pulley balancer Each double-pulley balancer consists of 2 pulleys, 2 pulley shafts, 1 double-pulley balancer and 2 stoppers. Pulley group can be arranged in line and in parallel, as shown in Figure 2. When hoisting objects, each double pulley balancer can balance the force of 2 ropes or 4 ropes. When you need a rope balance, the rope around the first pulley, through the double pulley balancer rope through the hole, from the second pulley around.
