人力资源是现代企业生存和发展的重要资源,当今企业间的竞争从某种角度来说是人才的竞争,因此减少人才流失,留住核心人才便成为企业战略中的关键因素,近几年,随着市场经济结构调整以及经济寒冬期的影响,国企人才流失问题凸显,相当部分国有企业一方面存在人才结构性不合理,另一方面又面临人才流失问题。NJ工程公司作为国有大型工程企业,由于行业特点原因,上述问题具有一定代表性,必须引起高度重视,认真分析其原因,从而采取具有针对性的、可操作性的措施解决工程企业人才流失问题。本文运用相关理论,并结合NJ工程公司的现状,分析了企业人才流失的原因,针对问题探讨提出了相应的应对策略。
Human resources are an important resource for the survival and development of modern enterprises. Nowadays, competition among enterprises is talent competition from a certain point of view. Therefore, reducing brain drain and retaining core talents have become the key factors in enterprise strategy. In recent years, With the adjustment of the market economy structure and the impact of the economic winter, the problem of brain drain in state-owned enterprises is highlighted. On the one hand, a considerable part of state-owned enterprises have the structural irrationality of personnel on the one hand and the problem of brain drain on the other. As a state-owned large-scale engineering enterprise, NJ Engineering Co., Ltd., due to the characteristics of the industry, has certain representativeness. It must pay great attention to it and carefully analyze its causes so that it can take targeted and practical measures to solve the problem of brain drain in engineering enterprises. Based on the relevant theories, combined with the current situation of NJ Engineering Company, this paper analyzes the causes of brain drain in enterprises and puts forward corresponding coping strategies according to the problems discussed.
