除草剂在水体、土壤、大气等环境介质中的残留广受关注。在弱酸条件下,于铂电极表面电化学聚合邻氨基苯酚(oAP)制备了除草剂特丁津(TB)分子印迹电化学传感器(MIECS)。以K3Fe(CN)6为电化学探针,利用循环伏安法和交流阻抗技术研究了MIECS的识别性能。结果表明:K3Fe(CN)6的峰电流值与TB浓度在2~160μmol/L范围内呈现较好的线性关系(R2=0.991 5),检出限为0.66μmol/L。MIECS达到稳定电流响应时间约为8 min,对TB具有较好的选择性和稳定性。将该印迹膜传感器用于农田环境水样的检测分析,回收率在97.6%~102.2%。
Herbicide in water, soil, air and other environmental media in the widespread concern. The herbicides terbutaline (TB) molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor (MIECS) was prepared by electrochemical polymerization of o-aminophenol (oAP) on the surface of platinum electrode under weak acid conditions. Using K3Fe (CN) 6 as an electrochemical probe, the identification performance of MIECS was studied by cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance techniques. The results showed that the peak current value of K3Fe (CN) 6 showed good linear relationship with TB concentration in the range of 2 ~ 160μmol / L (R2 = 0.991 5) and the detection limit was 0.66μmol / L. MIECS to achieve a steady current response time of about 8 min, TB has good selectivity and stability. The imprinted membrane sensor for the detection of farmland water samples analysis, the recovery rate of 97.6% ~ 102.2%.
