根据总政治部、总后勤部《关于对卫生技术干部进行考核的通知》精神,继1983年全区医院卫生技术干部考核之后,1984年第1季度,我们按师医院、团卫生队、团军马所、营(仓库)卫生所等不同类型,分别进行了卫生技术干部考核试点.这次试点共考核卫生技术干部751名.初步评审结果:优秀者占18.7%;称职者占73.6%;基本称职者占7.1%;不称职者占0.4%. 这次考核试点工作主要有以下几点收获:(1)摸清了卫生技术干部的政治思想表现、业务技术水平、专业训练情况和身体健康状况,为制订业务建设规划、加强人才培养和合理使用卫生技术干部提供了重要依据;(2)使每个卫生技术干部明确了努力方
