胜利油田在有关兄弟单位的共同协作下,研制了ф6×6聚晶人造金刚石刮刀钻头。该钻头在软及中硬地层,共下井试验了21只。其中三刮刀钻头12只,有7只上了两千米,并创造了单只进尺2260.64米,机械钻速42.77米/时和进尺2412.30米,机械钻速32.08米/时的较优指标。四刮刀钻头试了9只,在深部中硬地层,取得了单只进尺532.62米,机械钻速14.18米/时和进尺604.43米,机械钻速19.31米/时的较优指标。通过扩大试验表明:针对油田地层特点,采用喷射式聚晶人造金刚石刮刀钻头进行喷射钻井,可以提高钻井速度。本文对试验中出现的问题,提出了一些措施,这些措施的实现将为人造金刚石刮刀钻头向深部地层发展创造有利条件。
Shengli Oilfield brothers and units in the common collaboration, developed ф6 × 6 polycrystalline man-made diamond blade drill. The drill bit in the soft and medium hard ground, a total of 21 wells tested. The experiment shows that drilling jetting can be carried out by jet polycrystalline man-made diamond scraper bit according to the characteristics of oilfield strata, which can increase the drilling speed. This article puts forward some measures to the problems in the experiment, and the realization of these measures will create favorable conditions for the development of artificial diamond blade to deep strata.
