本研究从概念迁移理论视角出发,以3组不同水平的中国英语学习者为被试,采用实验的研究方法,考察英语介词IN习得与概念迁移的关系。结果显示:(1)概念迁移的确存在,且是妨碍介词IN正确习得的重要因素。(2)概念迁移在不同义项之间差异显著,而英汉语在空间认知上的异同和二语输入频率是两个主要影响因素。(3)概念迁移随学习者英语水平的提高而减弱,但这一趋势须经过较长时间才能显现出来,说明二语学习者概念系统的重组是一个漫长过程。
In this study, from the perspective of concept transfer theory, three groups of Chinese EFL learners at different levels were taken as experimental subjects to study the relationship between English preposition IN acquisition and concept transfer. The results show that: (1) Concept transfer does exist and is an important factor that hinders the correct acquisition of preposition IN. (2) Conceptual shift has significant differences among different meanings, while the similarities and differences in spatial cognition and the frequency of second language input between English and Chinese are the two main factors. (3) The concept migration is weakened with the improvement of learners’ English proficiency, but this trend takes a long time to emerge. It shows that the reorganization of the concept system of L2 learners is a long process.
