以上汽通用五菱汽车B11/B12型发动机缸体为研究对象,分析了缸体数控加工过程中影响垂直度误差的主要因素。通过试验研究,分析了由刀具磨损引起的铣削变形对缸体垂直度的影响规律;通过缸体粗加工与半精加工过程的工序规划调整试验,揭示了前道粗加工工序对后道半精加工工序的变形累积效应。提出了利用工序分离实现铣削应变释放以控制垂直度误差的新方法,在降低缸体垂直度误差的同时,提高了刀具的使用寿命。
