伪民主现象存在于中小学课堂的方方面面,其危害甚大。在中小学课堂中,伪民主是无爱心、无尊重、不平等、无法治的表现,是对学生权益的伤害。伪民主的本质是专制,其形成的原因有两个:一是表层原因,即教师民主意识的缺乏和教师主观上的权欲控制;二是深层根源,即教育历史发展与现今社会教育形态之间的矛盾制约。因此,教师和学生都须提高民主意识,增强法治观念,教育主管部门也应该加强教育民主法治建设,以杜绝中小学课堂中的伪民主现象。
The phenomenon of pseudo-democracy exists in all aspects of primary and secondary classrooms and is very harmful. In primary and secondary classrooms, pseudo-democracy is a non-compassionate, non-respectful, unequal and irrational manifestation, which is an injury to the rights and interests of students. The essence of pseudo-democracy is autocracy. There are two reasons for its formation: one is the superficial reason, that is, the lack of teacher’s democratic consciousness and the subjective control of teachers’ rights; the other is the deep root of the historical development of education and the current form of social education Conflict between the constraints. Therefore, both teachers and students must improve their democratic awareness and enhance the concept of the rule of law. Educational authorities should also strengthen the construction of democratic and legal education in education so as to eliminate the phenomenon of pseudo-democracy in the classroom of primary and secondary schools.
