1988年2月至3月,我所研制的两套远望号卫星通信船站和一套岸站通信终端机,参加了我国实用通信广播卫星(331-4)的发射任务,取得了圆满成功。在远征南太平洋的42天中,甲板最高温度60℃、最高风速9级、船摇14°,连续开机正常工作近1000时,设备性能稳定。在地理仰角+6°~+78°范围内,仍能保证1/15波束宽度的跟踪精度,证明了三轴跟踪体制的优越性。在全部工作过程中,卫星传输信道误码一直稳定在10~(-8)量级,因此,话音清晰畅通,计算机数据准确无误。IBS技术体制在我国是第一次使用,它的成功将为我国国内干线卫
