针对当前煤矿带式输送机控制器存在的智能化程度低、体积大和通信落后的问题,基于ARM微处理器LPC1788,设计了矿用带式输送机综合控制器。详细介绍了该控制器的系统架构、硬件电路设计以及软件实现方式。该控制器采用了嵌入式技术、CAN现场总线技术以及WiFi无线通信技术,不仅能够实现矿用带式输送机的保护和集控功能,还能减少工作面布线,降低了现场设备维护难度,提高了自动化水平。
Aiming at the problems of low intelligence, large volume and backward communication of coal mine belt conveyor controllers, a comprehensive controller for mine belt conveyer is designed based on ARM microprocessor LPC1788. The controller system architecture, hardware circuit design and software implementation are introduced in detail. The controller uses embedded technology, CAN field bus technology and WiFi wireless communication technology, not only to achieve mine belt conveyor protection and centralized control functions, but also reduce face wiring, reducing the difficulty of field equipment maintenance and improve The level of automation.
