针对煤矿井下常用锚杆的类型及其锚固结构状况,设计制作了相似物理模型;并自制了一种弹射式加速度检波器,以便在锚杆端头激发并接收高频应力波。试验表明利用高频应力波无损检测技术可以判定锚杆锚固长度,评价锚杆施工质量。现场快速普查与抽样拉拔检验相结合,即能找出一个矿区内同类锚杆的分析判别规律。实际应用进一步证明了该方法的经济适用性。
Aiming at the types of anchor bolts used in underground coal mines and their anchoring structures, a similar physical model was designed and manufactured. An ejection type acceleration detector was fabricated to excite and receive high-frequency stress waves at the end of the bolt. Experiments show that the use of high-frequency stress wave non-destructive testing technology can determine the length of anchor bolt to evaluate the construction quality of anchor. On-site rapid census and sampling drawing test combined, that is, to find out the same type of mine in a mining analysis of the law. The practical application further proves the economic applicability of this method.
