应用薄层扫描法测定狼毒大戟根及茎叶中抗癌活性成分D(jolkinolide B)的含量为控制药材质量提供依据,该法回收率为95.5％,CV％为3.2％。
The content of anti-cancer active ingredient D (jolkinolide B) in roots, stems and leaves of Euphorbiella radix was determined by TLC scanning method. It provided the basis for controlling the quality of medicinal materials. The recovery rate was 95.5% and the CV% was 3.2%.
