以单质硫为惟一能源对氧化亚铁硫杆菌(Thiobacillus ferrooxidans)进行了12 d的浸出实验,测定了菌量和硫酸量.考察了最初24 h内菌量、亚硫酸盐量.结果表明:培养第5 d后吸附态菌量达到最大值,而游离态菌在第4 d才出现生长,第9 d后该菌量达到最大值.菌体在单质硫的等温吸附行为符合Langmuir方程,且pH在3.0~6.0范围变化对菌体吸附量影响较小.在无菌条件下,亚硫酸氢钠的消除为零级反应;在有菌条件下,随初始pH提高,亚硫酸氢钠的消除量增加.在相同pH条件下,游离态菌对亚硫酸氢钠消除量大于吸附态菌.
