对山药中多糖的提取工艺进行研究,通过单因素实验和L9(34)正交实验对山药多糖提取条件进行了优化,单因素考察了料液比、提取时间、提取温度、乙醇浓度等对山药多糖提取率的影响。试验研究山药多糖对家兔血小板数的影响,山药多糖给药量分大、中、小剂量组(100、75、50 mg/kg),正常对照组给等体积生理盐水,每天1次,连续给药1个月,每周对家兔抽血观察血小板数量的变化。结果表明,山药多糖的最佳提取条件为:温度80℃、提取时间2 h、料液比1:40、乙醇浓度90%,多糖提取率为2.12%;山药多糖能够增加家兔血小板数,而且多糖量越大家兔血小板数增加越多。
