为研究高度近视眼全阈值静态中心视野的改变,应用DICONTKS-4000型自动视野分析仪检查48例(90眼)的全阈值静态中心视野并观察其后极部的眼底改变,同时以低中度近视眼作为对照。结果:高度近视眼的中心视野损害与患者的屈光度、年龄及后极部眼底改变有关。检查发现78眼(86.7%)视野异常,其中59眼(65.6%)生理盲点扩大,黄斑中心相对暗点53眼(58.9%),弥漫性损害28眼(31.1%)。视野损害以颞侧明显。视野改变的形态、程度与眼底后极部改变的形态不完全对应。高度近视眼黄斑中心相对暗点出现早于眼底镜下黄斑部病变。结论:高度近视患者视野改变早于眼底镜下眼底改变,对于早期诊断及治疗具有指导意义。
In order to study the changes of the full-center static threshold of high myopia, 48 cases (90 eyes) were examined by DICONT KS-4000 automatic field analyzer and the fundus changes of the posterior pole were observed. Meanwhile, Myopia as a control. Results: The damage to the central visual field of high myopia was related to the refraction, age and fundus changes of posterior pole. Visual abnormalities were found in 78 eyes (86.7%). Among them, 59 eyes (65.6%) had enlarged blind spots, 53 eyes (58.9%) had dark spots, 28 eyes had diffuse lesions (31.1% ). Visual damage to the temporal obvious. Field of vision changes the shape and extent of changes in the fundus and the Ministry of the morphology does not correspond completely. Relatively dark spots in the high myopia macular center appear earlier than macular lesions under the fundus. Conclusion: The change of field of vision in patients with high myopia is earlier than that under fundus fundus, which has guiding significance for early diagnosis and treatment.
