本文从资源依赖理论的角度研究了连锁农家店的加盟总部服务支持与加盟关系质量之间的关系。运用偏最小平方法(Partial Least Squares,PLS)对173个连锁农家店加盟者样本的数据分析,证实了连锁农家店加盟总部的服务支持可以增强加盟者对加盟总部的信任和整体满意度,加盟者的信任也会带来更高的整体满意度;当加盟者资金能力越强和加盟者管理经验越丰富时,加盟者知觉到的加盟总部服务支持与其对加盟总部的信任和整体满意度之间的关系就越强烈。
This paper studies the relationship between the service support and the affiliate quality of affiliate headquarters of chain farmhouse from the perspective of resource dependence theory.
