针对数控加工中心在高速切削过程中经常出现非机床故障而意外超差的现象进行了研究，指出工艺系统的热变形是造成这一现象的主要原因，并且总结出解决这一问题的工艺措施。
Aiming at the phenomenon that the NC machining center often encounters the accidental overshooting of non-machine tool during high-speed cutting process, it is pointed out that the thermal deformation of the process system is the main reason of this phenomenon and the technical measures to solve this problem are summarized.
