目的了解和掌握湖里区5岁以下儿童伤害的流行病学特征,为开展5岁以下儿童伤害干预、制订防治策略提供依据。方法采用描述性研究方法,在厦门湖里区伤害监测点湖里区医院和中医院,收集2011年1月1日至2012年12月31日在哨点医院被诊断为伤害的5岁以下儿童患者资料,分析伤害发生特征及危险因素。结果 2011-2012年湖里区共登记5岁以下儿童伤害6924例,伤害原因前5位:跌倒/坠落(56.28%)、钝器伤(23.12%)、动物伤(6.46%)、机动车车祸(5.75%)、刀/锐器伤(3.48%);伤害性质前5位:挫伤/擦伤(64.79%)、锐器伤/开放伤(14.12%)、扭伤/拉伤(10.86%)、器官系统损伤(4.78%)和骨折(3.63%);发生伤害地点前5位依次是家中(64.93%)、公共居住场所(20.68%)、公路/街道(11.81%)、学校与公共场所(1.24%)和贸易和服务场所(0.84%);伤害发生时活动主要为娱乐活动(91.85%)和驾乘交通工具(占6.34%)为主,损伤部位以头面部(60.44%)为主。结论加强对引发伤害危险因素和有害因素的管理控制,加强对儿童的监护和预防意外伤害的健康教育。通过全社会共同努力开展预防工作和制定相应的干预措施。
Objective To understand and grasp the epidemiological characteristics of injuries among children under 5 years of age in the hilly area, and to provide the basis for prevention and control of injuries among children under 5 years of age. Methods A descriptive study was conducted in Huli District Hospital and Huanghu Hospital of Huli District in Xiamen to collect the data of children under 5 years of age who were diagnosed as having been injured in sentinel hospitals from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2012 Patient information, analysis of the characteristics of injury and risk factors. Results In 2011-2012, a total of 6,924 cases of injuries were registered among children under five years of age in Huli District, the top five causes of injuries were fall / fall (56.28%), blunt trauma (23.12%), animal injuries (6.46%), motor vehicle accidents (5.75%), knife / sharp injury (3.48%); the top 5 injuries were contusion / bruising (64.79%), sharp injury / open injury (4.78%) and fractures (3.63%). The top 5 places of injuries occurred were at home (64.93%), public places of residence (20.68%), roads and streets (11.81%), schools and public places %) And trade and service establishments (0.84%). The main activities were injury-related activities (91.85%) and vehicle transportation (6.34%), while the injuries were mainly head and face (60.44%). Conclusion Strengthen the management and control of the risk factors and harmful factors that lead to injury, and strengthen the health education on guardianship of children and accidental injury prevention. Through joint efforts of the whole society to carry out preventive work and formulate appropriate interventions.
