曾有人用正交和回归正交法进行分光光度法和光谱分析。稀土与三苯甲烷染料的极谱络合吸附波已有报道。本文应用正交和回归正交试验法研究了稀土与二甲酚橙(XO)和邻甲酚酞(o-CP)络合剂的极谱络合吸附波。应用正交和回归正交试验选择最佳条件,分析干扰情况。并用回归方法从 Sc~(3+),Yb~3_+,Ho~(3+)和 La~(3+)的混合样品中直接测定La~(3+)。这种方法比单变量实验法的工作量少,结果准确可靠。用微机程序处理使之更加方便快速。
There are people using orthogonal and regression orthogonal spectrophotometry and spectroscopy. Polarographic complex adsorption waves of rare earth and triphenylmethane dyes have been reported. In this paper, the polarographic complexation adsorption wave of rare earth with xylenol orange (o-CP) and o-cresolphthalein (o-CP) complex was studied by orthogonal and regression orthogonal test. Orthogonal and regression orthogonal experiments were used to select the best conditions and analyze the interference. The direct determination of La ~ (3+) from the mixed samples of Sc ~ (3 +), Yb ~ 3 _ +, Ho ~ (3+) and La ~ (3+) by regression method. This method has less workload than univariate experiment and the result is accurate and reliable. Computer program to make it more convenient and faster.
