高职高等数学教师的职业幸福感是促进高职数学课教学改革创新的源泉,是实现高职教育人才培养目标的需要,直接影响到教师的身心健康和国家职业教育的发展,所以如何提升高职高等数学教师的职业幸福感就显得极为重要。高职高等数学教师职业幸福感的内涵包括:认同高职高等数学教师的职业使命,享受高职高等数学教师工作中的愉悦体验,追求高职高等数学教师职业发展的卓越。其提升途径包括三个方面:重塑教师职业教育信仰,体验职业幸福与尊严;领悟职业教育真谛,启动教师职业幸福按钮;完善教师心性素养,获得自我幸福的能力。
The vocational happiness of higher mathematics teachers is the source to promote the innovation of mathematics teaching reform in higher vocational colleges. It is the need to achieve the goal of talent training in higher vocational education. It has a direct impact on teachers’ physical and mental health and the development of national vocational education. Occupational happiness is a very important factor in higher vocational mathematics teachers. The connotation of professional happiness for higher mathematics teachers in higher vocational colleges includes: recognizing the vocational mission of higher mathematics teachers in higher vocational colleges, enjoying the pleasant experience in higher vocational mathematics teachers’ work and pursuing the excellence in the professional development of higher mathematics teachers in higher vocational colleges. There are three ways to enhance the teacher’s professional education: to reshape teachers’ professional education faith and experience professional happiness and dignity; to realize the true meaning of vocational education; to start the button of teacher’s professional happiness; to improve teacher’s psychologically accomplishment and to gain the ability of self-happiness.
