目前,我国高等法学教育在以理论传授为主的同时,也开始重视对学生实践能力的培养,许多学校开展了多种形式的实践教学,包括模拟法庭、法院旁听、案例讨论、毕业实习等。但实践证明,这些方式都存在不同程度的弊端。美国的“法律诊所教育模式”对我国的高等法学教育有一定的启迪意义,并具有推行的可行性。 At present, higher law education in our country mainly focuses on the theory teaching.
