为探讨丹参注射液在防治肝硬化作用中的抗氧化机理,对103例慢性肝病患者治疗前后血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、过氧化脂质(LPO)、层粘蛋白(LN)和IV型胶原(C-IV)水平进行测定。结果显示,治疗前患者GSH-Px活性明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05),LPO与LN、C-IV水平均明显高于正常对照组(P均<0.01);治疗后丹参治疗组上述指标明显改善,与治疗前比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01和P<0.05),以GSH-Px/KPO比值提高最显著(P<0.001);而常规治疗组上述变化较小(P<0.05和P>0.05)。提示丹参注射液抗纤维化、防治慢性肝病作用可能与增强患者抗氧化能力有关。
In order to explore the anti-oxidation mechanism of Danshen injection in the prevention and treatment of cirrhosis, the levels of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), lipid peroxidation (LPO) Protein (LN) and type IV collagen (C-IV) levels were measured. The results showed that the activity of GSH-Px in patients before treatment was significantly lower than that in the normal control group (P <0.05), and the levels of LPO, LN and C-IV were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (all P <0.01) (P <0.01 and P <0.05), and the most significant increase was the ratio of GSH-Px / KPO (P <0.001), while the changes in the conventional treatment group were smaller (P < 0.05 and P> 0.05). Prompt anti-fibrosis Salvia injection, prevention and treatment of chronic liver disease may be related to enhancing antioxidant capacity in patients.
