随着社会的发展,拥有一套属于自己的房屋已成为大多数人的目标。房屋从几万到几百万不等,买一套自己满意的房子,给自己一个空间,是很多奋斗在城市中的人的追求。由于目前房价一直不断上涨的原因,较便宜二手房变成了许多人的选择,但是近些年全国陆续出现了买受人在不知情的情况下购买了“凶宅”而后起诉出卖人请求的退房或者赔偿的纠纷。本文就几起“凶宅”买卖案进行分析,针对同案不同判的情况进行梳理。提出一些解决这种纠纷的司法办法,希望能对“凶宅”买受人的法律救济之路提供一个小帮助。

This article analyzes several cases of “宅 宅 ” purchase and sale, and sorts out the different cases of the same case. Put forward some judicial measures to resolve such disputes, hoping to provide a little help to the legal remedy road to the “riparian” buyer.
