涩北气田储层胶结疏松,地层易出砂。准确地预测地层出砂对后期确定合适的防砂工艺是非常必要的。采用纵波时差、出砂指数、组合模量和斯伦贝谢比等4种出砂预测模型对涩北气田纵向和横向出砂规律进行了分析验证。同时,采用经验模型法、BP模型法和Arco模型法预测出砂临界生产压差,并与现场实际值进行对比,认为Arco模型较为合理。最后,通过室内模拟实验,建立了出砂预测模型,经实际出砂统计数据验证,偏差小于15%,可用于现场出砂量预测。
Sebei reservoir gas field loose cement, easy to sand formation. It is very necessary to accurately predict the sand production in the later stage to determine the appropriate sand control technology. Vertical and lateral sand production laws of vertical and horizontal sands in the Sebei gas field are validated by using four sand production prediction models, such as P-wave time difference, sanding index, combined modulus and Schlumberger ratio. At the same time, the empirical model, BP model and Arco model are used to predict the critical pressure of sand production. Compared with the actual value of the sand, Arco model is more reasonable. Finally, the sand production prediction model is established through indoor simulation experiments. The actual sand production statistics verify that the deviation is less than 15% and can be used to predict the amount of sand production on site.
